My personal garden November 6, 2009 | 07:00 am

I loved my garden this past summer, and aside from the eventual accidental banzai basil, I think I did pretty well. While the plants came out smaller than most (I just wasn’t willing to transplant a second time given the limited space I had) I was quite pleased with the strength and flavor of my little herbs. I even managed to get two or three reasonable harvests off of them by the beginning of September. And the catnip has worked well for soothing the Latin American dictator masquerading as her cat.
